My Father showed me today a small Silver Car; very similar looking to a Jaguar. I have had a look through an eyeglass and have established this much so far:
925 Italy AR (The province of Arezzo(in a rectangle with pointed sides)) 2069 (which I assume is the makers mark)
What I cannot understand is the next part which is 925 and a smaller symbol beside it on the left. Both in boxes.
I have looked looked online and I believe it is a mark dating from the 1940's onwards however I am but a lay person.
Does anybody know what this illusive mark is or where I can acquire the relevant information.
Many thanks
Tom
