Unknown hallmark

I have a very ornate caster with strange hallmarks to the base.

Any help would be appreciated.

Dutch silver for the hallmarks see:

Maker's mark: R under a repoussé hammer for: Gebr.(Brothers) S. & H. Reitsma or S. Reitsma, registered in the city of Sneek during 1892/1948
If you look carefully you should find a date letter and assay office mark.
