help with identifying mark with keyholes on tongs

I've gone through the site and didn't find a match. The mark looks, to my untrained eye, like a keyhole then "s" then "b"' then another keyhole? Anyone have any ideas? The tongs are about 5 1/2" long. Thanks!!!!!
