Unknown mark - any help appreciated!

Hi, I have a set of forks with the following mark on. I can't seem to find any information but thought that they looked possibly Asian? I'm not sure. I'd really appreciate any help to identify them.

The marks are in a gothic script and read EPNS (electro plated nickel silver).

Silverplate, probably American or English manufacture.
