Help with hallmark

Ive looked through the forum and cant seem to find this hallmark...could someone please help with the maker and the date..... thanx Connie :)

It is a Dutch piece, assayed in 1864. No clue as to the maker though.

You can decipher all of these marks, except for the maker, at ->
