Can anyone help with identifying the hallmark and origin of this shaving brush? Thanks in advance...........Steve

it was made in nan-king about 1900 ( china )

Do the markings reflect what the silver content might be? IE sterling, etc.

Chinese silver of this period is usually .900 standard.
