Polish candlestick maker HF

Hi everybody, I'd appreciate some help with these candlesticks. They are stamped in the middle with the mark for .800 silver Warsaw (3, the head, W), on the left is a head facing the left (the re-mark from 1920-63). I'd love to know if anyone can identify the maker's mark HF? The marks on the left are very deeply impressed which I understand was common for Warsaw, but the maker's mark is not. I'd also be grateful to have any opinions as to when they might have been made originally.
