sterling bull and bear key ring, tiffany?

This is a bull and bear keyring that is marked sterling and it has another hallmark that I am not familiar with. I have seen that Tiffany & Co. made these key rings featuring the bull and bear. The ones that I have seen all have the Tiffany & Co. mark; I have been unable find one with a mark like mine.The mark appears to be two rectangles or a rectangular shaped O or a C?? I am not sure how to upload an image on this forum, but if you would like to see, I do have photos.
