I'd say the mark could belong to (George W French) & (William H) Franklin who were silverware manufacturers in Attleboro, Massachusetts in the 1890's and possibly beyond that period. I haven't done enough looking yet to say for sure. It looks like a great candlestick to me. I'm guessing that there is a circle around the letter "F" in the trademark and not an oval, right?

The company was French & Franklin. I got parenthesis marks wrong, so it might not be too easy to tell.
