Where to post my question

Hello,
After reading through this very in depth site, I wanted to make sure I would be posting to the correct area.

The items are Armenian and Russian Caucasian SIlver belts along with other misc belts. These belts have markings on them but I have not been able to match up anywhere the city and the meaning. Some marks I found matched the initial markings but not completely. I know the silver content of them, for that is very visible and easy to see.

Please let me know what area I should post the pictures and questions in. I see a "middle eastern" but not sure and I don't want to post where I shouldn't.
