Hi,
I've just started learning about silver marks, so this one might be very obvious, but I rather double check through someone with more knowledge...
I thought the "I S" was for "International Silver" but I don't recognize the company next to the IS, so I don't even know if the IS means what I think it does.

Hi ~ welcome to the forums. That's International Silver's silverplate pattern, Silver Tulip, introduced in 1956.
