long handled serving spoon

I have tried for many weeks to find some details about a plated long handled spoon. I am having diffs with images so cant presently upload. The marks on the back are WP in an oval at right angles to the rest of the icons. There are four icons. two are too badly worn to decipher. the next is a cross patonce and the last is a crown. can anybody help please.
