Silver Coffee set - Need help identifying the mark

I apologize in advance if this does turn out to be silverplate BUT it polishes like sterling and there is no copper showing through anywhere. Also there was a set on eBay that had this exact same pattern on it with an emblem in the center. There are two different hallmarks on the pieces. The round hallmark is only on one piece while the only is on the rest of the pieces. I thank you in advance as my hours of research have not ielded any great results.

The photos are not the greatest but wanted to see if I could identify the mark before I went further.

Think I took the photos off the site. Had the set tested and did find out that it was silver plate :-(. Beautiful but not sterling.
