Help Needed with a Strange Hallmark

I need help identifying strange hallmarks on a beaker. Beaker look to be either French or German, but I have never seen hallmarks like these. I browsed through Rosenberg, but I was not able to find anything matching.

in Scheffler "Goldschmiede Niedersachsens" p.950
Neustadt-Gödens
no.4 unknown maker
#1859 (o/oo) #1860 [XIII]

it is a similar mark - but ther is no makersmark and no maker
a) Krankenobladendose - gestiftet 1714
b) a spoon

the hallmark is the arms of Fridag
