I'm not familiar with this style and marks, but I'm courious, what I saw.

Thank you so much for sharing this object. Does appear to be Persian in design, may I say some what or slightly older than what we normally see here. My knowledge is limited. The left mark is the numeral 84 or 875/1000 silver. May I trouble you for a close up of the central cartouche and one of the blossom, would like to observe the design and workmanship.

A fine piece. The left mark is the numeral as Warren states. The writing to to its right simply says "eyar" which simply means content and to the far right, the only clear visible letter is the Arabic (Y), perhaps the initial of the maker.
