Hello this is a sugar bowl/dish with portrait of Marie Antoinette on one side and King Louis on the other side.
There seems to be 3 punched marks on base, this is the best photo.
Any information on maker, age or silver content would much appreciated.
Thank you.

Circa 1900, by the firm of Georg Roth of Hanau, Germany, and probably .800 silver. Roth was one of the many "antique" style manufacturers in Hanau in the late 19th/early 20th century, and this French "garland and medallion" style is quite typical of his output, as are the faux French marks - usually a crowned "A", "P" and fleur-de-lys.
Hope this helps!
