Austro Hungary silver hallmark

I read on the site for the protection of cultural monuments in Zrenjanin, that the house was bought in 1807 by Antal Zimmerer, which burned down in the same year. Is it possible that Antal is Martin's father? Also i think that inkwell made about 1800 - 1830s? And the hallmark have flames maybe because that fire?

Here are the written marks of Zimmerer:
Anton Zimmerer: (I wasn't sure earlier, I thought, this is Martin Zimmerer too, just worned the mark)

Martin Zimmerer:

Interesting, but both was with hallmark of Nagybecskerek.
