PHILADELPHIA, Pa., June 16.—As predicted in this journal last week, important changes are to be made in the personnel of the big retail house of H. The house will continue to trade under the firm name of H. Muhr’s Sons, and the incorporators will be Jacob Muhr, Ralph Binder, James H. Atkinson, Howard E. Young and C. William Funk.
