German - Mansfelder Silber, Dusseldorf, Franz Bahner HELP!

The 800 mark the cresent moon the "mc" and left facing eagle lead me to Franz Bahner, Dusseldorf, Mark used 1895 - 1917, see Mansfelder Silber.

I'd like more information on this pattern and it's maker. All suggestions for further research and/or info on this will be much appreciated.
