PLata de Jalisco Gl & other marks bolero clip maker/date

Hi everyone, I have this little bolero clip (I guess that's what you'd call it), with the markings as shown. I believe the one is an Eagle mark, so after 1948 (or '58 - can't remember which off of the top of my head). Can anyone help with a maker/date on this? TIA for any help!
