Silver pitcher

I recently purchased a silver plated pitcher and cannot find any info. Made by Adams, Hallock and co. and the date is Sep. 26, 1871. Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks

I'm not sure from your terse post what it is you wish to know. John P. Adams and Lucius Hallock formed the partnership in 1871; it continued until at least 1876. The company was based in New York City. Where do you get the date from? A patent notice?
