Edinburgh Silvermarks

Post by gator72 »

My father just passed away and I found this knife mixed in with a set of Roger's Silverware. I have tried to identify from all sources available to me but could only come up with The Lion image looking as Edinburgh 1867. and the Lion indicating .925 silver. The rest I come up empty. Handle appears ivory. Anyone out there who can help identify maker or some identification.

I meant to say the "L" seems to indicate Edinburgh and the profile seem to confirm 1838 - 1890 range.
