Hi,
I need help from anyone - I have looked extensively for this hallmark / makers mark and I can not find whom it belongs. I have serched all over, books, google, websites, civil war memorablia, etc etc, unsuccessfully.
They are on both Epaulettes - part of a set of Civil War period Seventh Regiment Artillery Officers epaulettes.
There is a three part crest with a crown over the crest and ivy tied in a bow surrounding the crest on the sides and bottom.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The first photo is of the Epaulettes, the second is of the back of the epaulettes, and the third is a closeup of the hallmark on the back of the epaulette.
