i think, it is Braunschweig (Germany)

Braunschweig it is, from the early 1730s (which is as specific as this date letter "F" has been identified). The maker is Gottfried Johann Boden, working 1709-1739. See Gerd Spies, Braunschweiger Goldschmiede, Marks 6/36/529b.
