Silver Czeck. Bowl deco hallmark FB??

I recently bought this bauhaus design bowl. It stands on 3 bakelight feet. Nicely worked. It has 3 Marks. -for the Czeck.(triangle with a 5 + cross +mountin), -800Silvermark, -and the silversmith FB (big letters surrounded in a recangular box).
First question, does somebody know who made it??
Second question could it have been made in Germany (looks German, Bauhaus?), and maybe it was imported to Czeck.??
