Swedish? Spoon

Help, it's making me crazy.

My god, the old saying about too many cooks comes to mind with this spoon. If this many smiths where involved in making it that is. The shape of the mark with the three dots is very similar to the three crown control mark of Sweden. And even the maker's marks have a swedish feel to them. But the pattern doesn't look swedish at all to me. This was indeed a bit of a mystery.
