Mark question on jar lid

I'm not sure what the mark is, really. I can see the C-155 pretty clearly, and the bottom appears to say Noise Craft with a small symbol in the middle. I couldn't find anything on it. Could anyone tell me more about it?

Hello.

The C-155 is likely the catalog number.
That is "Norse Craft" with a hammer in between.
Have seen this mark before on silverplated wares.
Sorry to say, I have been unable to find the manufacturer.
