Hello.
Here is a picture of White & Hawkins mark that was entered at Birmingham in March of 1872.
Previously Charles Henry White & Francis Henry Hawkins used a CHW over FHH mark that was entered at Birmingham in September of 1863 (and in Chester).
Just speculating that your mark might be a later White & Hawkins mark that was entered c.1913.
