Hello
The spoon is a jam-spoon in a pattern called "Tele". It is norwegian made by a workshop in Kragerø called NEA. In 1931 they changes name to Br. Mylius. The pattern is still made.
K.Laakso was the retailer (Kaarlo Alexander Laakso) in Oslo 1922-1958.
