Please help, can't find any marks, uknown silver pot

Post by Andrius »

Hello,

I hope you can help. I have an old silver pot, but I only know some few information about it. The biggest problem is that I can't find any marks on it, or can it be, that there is no mark.
This pot was found in Lithuania ( Baltic states )

This is an impressive item, how big is it?
Of course there is a chance that there are no silver marks on the silver item. Is this silver or silverplated?

I wish I could tell more about this piece, but I cannot. Just wanted to let you know that it looks interesting and quite old.

silver is up to 960. The pot is casted, forged. Height 10,5 cm; weight 500 grams. diameter 13,5 cm.

950 is typical for French.
