When I posted a request for help with maker's mark, the single reply suggested that the piece was Russian. Thus, I'll try again with hopes for a more certain reply! Thanks.
It's highly baroque and it shows some good (not great) workmanship.
My advice is to take it to Christies or Sothebys as I can't make good sense of the marks.
You might have a 17th century piece or a 19th copy (most likely when i see the motifs).
