Sterling Eagle/Shield Thirteen Stars Makers Mark
This piece measures 2 1/8" x 2 1/4" and has two screw posts as if to adorn a tie or uniform. It is stamped STERLING on wone wing and this makers mark on the other. Any information about the makers mark is greatly appreciated.
