Unknown Spoon Manuf. / Hallmark

I have two of these tablespoons that I found in a large lot of silverplate.

Overall length is approx. 8 1/2". Top Hallmark is crossed hammers, but, I am unsure of the bottom marking

Any help with identification would be greatly appricated!
