could it bei Beuthen (Schlesien) about 1775
Rosenberg3 Nr.1233

but the right side do not looks like a fish

Beuthen (Bytom)

Oberschlesien (upper silesia)

Beuthen (Bytom OdrzaÅ„ski)

Niederschlesien (lower silesia)

there are two towns with the name Beuthen
Now I am confused.
