HELPPPPPP Silver mark with letters and open hand

Hello, i find this Mark on a silver big table candlestick.
Candlestich all in silver and maded between 1700 and 1890.
Not first, not later.
I'm sorry but can't be most accurate.
Silver mark's this: DE and an open hand.



On this candlestich there's otners 2 figures:

1) an heraldic sigh
2) a bull head






Any idea?
I think is english...
