Sugar shaker, muffineer, castor..

Post by kalo93406 »

Hi. I'm hoping someone can help with these marks. They are from what looks like a turn of the century sugar shaker. The two marks in a rectangles on the left are double stamped and are the same mark. (even if they don't look like it in the photos.. at the right angle they are the same). Almost looks like a crab or something like that. hmmm.... The center mark looks most like a clover almost.. (austria?).. The right mark looks like a bird in and oval with a C.P. or C.F.

Any ideas?? Thanks! R:)

Hi,

The mark in the middle is that of Karl Kurtz in Kesselstadt, Germany.

The left two identical marks could be French charançon-marks.

I do not recognise the right mark.

Hope this helps.

Best regards/JAKJO
