Hello my fellow silver lovers. I had the good fortune to come across this simple but nice Buccellati platter. The only marking is the "
BUCCELLATI STERLING ITALY" and no purity marks. I have read on the net that the purity mark wasn't always required early in the 20th., century but I couldn't find an example of Buccellati using the mark on my platter at that time. Does anyone have a reference for their markings or know of a website that might help clear this up?
Thanks for looking and any and all feedback. Tim
Platter, just over 10" dia.
