I recently bought this spoon at a sale and I'm trying to determine the maker's mark. It looks like a TTU in Latin but I'm not sure. Looks like the assayer is Viktor Savinkov (B.C) but date is hard to see. Thanks for any help.

I need help with Russian silver spoon marks
I'm afraid I will disappoint you because I haven't the faintest idea of the maker. It looks like TTЦ or close but it could be something else too.
Anyway like to mention that irrespective what you read about BC (lat. VS), forget this Viktor Savinkov as the assayer, its not him. Hes whole existence is very doubtful indeed. The assayer might be Viktor Savinsky, Veniamin Savinsky or Vladimir Smirnov according to latest research results. Unfortunately the marks on your teaspoon is not clear enough to tell who.
