I found these rings while scuba diving in lake erie. there are alot of artifacts of british or colonial american era found with them. I am trying to identify the hallmarks to help identify the wreck.

Not sure who used that mark.
A possibility could be McGrath-Hamin, Providence Rhode Island.

The firm was around a long time and I think they used a few different marks.
Founded in 1907 as Thomas McGrath. Became McGrath-Hamin in 1965, according to my reference. Bought by Vargas Mfg. Company in 1980.
