I have a fairly well-protected system, but often bypass unknown clickable links or thumnails to avoid the viruses, spyware and invasive advertising that is present in many photo-hosts (the last one encountered shut down my system and required a go-back). I also work on two other computers, which are also fairly well-protected, but will never click on anything when using someone else's equipment. Suspect that others have the same fear and will not look at anything other than properly sized pictures embedded in the post. There are instructions on this site to embed pictures using very simple UBB coding, and most photo-hosts have instructions for embedding pictures rather than posting clickable links and thumbnails: http://www.925-1000.com/images.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (safe link)
Understand that these are not being posted with any sort of malicious intent, but these issues are frustrating time-wasters and potentially dangerous for some computers.
