Hello and welcome to the forum.

I read the hallmarks as Birmingham, 1907.
Maker's mark looks to me to be C. Lyster & Son.

Thanks Pat for the help. I spent a few hours on the site trying to find it for myself but just could not. Even now after you told me it was C. Lyster & Son I can not find it on the site. Your time and effort are truly appreciated. Thanks again, Dave
