Mystery mark

Hi -
a friend of mine is collecting vinaigrettes from North Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Whenever I find one I buy it for her - but I do not often recognise the marks - so I need the help of the experts.
Here you go: who is P.LUND and from which country he is? Any help very much apprechiated!

StubbekÃ¸bing between 1848 and 1869.
Smith born 1823 Niels Peter Lund citicen february 21st 1848 dea 1846 vidow continues until 1849.

StubbekÃ¸bing silver is rare and original owner might be identified via a bit of research.
