Austrian silver mark. Which city?

A 19th century [1857] austrian silver mark in the form of a circle divided into a half and two quarters. Above is the letter B. Which city does this letter correspond with?
Also who is the maker J.K. and/or V.N. any information would be most welcome. They are from austria/hungary. and have marks from 1857 and from 1886-1922 respectively.[/b]

Hi I just saw your question and I believe the mark to be from Prague between 1814 and 1866
