Help in Identifying a Sterling Silver Mark

I have a bracelet with the attached mark on it, just wondering if anyone has seen this mark or can give me any insight into the origin of this sterling silver bracelet

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Can't read your marks very well. Could you manage a better picture ?
The scale mark in the center appears to be a convention mark, used since about 1975.

Pat, Thank you for the reply, I read the document you reffered me to. That is a lot of verbage isnt it lol for a
gov't document. I tried getting a clearer image and am having a difficult time making the side images pop out. I think i will try using a scanner and see if i can get it clearer. Again thanks for your welcome and reply I will post a new pic when i get it
