Please Help Identify Hallmarks

Post by joannes »

Hello, I have been trying to identify the hallmarks on these 2 wallets/cases for weeks with no joy. I'm not very experienced and could really use some help. Thank you in advance Joanne

The first is Frederick Wich a leather goods manufacturer, Great Titchfield Street, London, assay office Chester, date letter O for 1897

The second I am unable to find any reference to the makers mark, but it is assayed for London 1902

Thank you so much for the info. This has literally been driving me mad.
Thank you also for the warm welcome. I will in future remember the 'one item per topic rule' sorry!

Hello Joanne,

The HM &S mark was registered in 1902 by Henry Marshall & Sons, fancy leather goods manufacturers of 22 Corsica Street, London.
