hammered silver handled server mark is crossed lines
This server has been in my family for years. For starters I am going to assume that it is American. The mark is lines that look like there is an arrow going through the lines horizontally. Can anyone identify the maker and age of this piece? If anyone knows of a patten using hammered silver, that may help my research. Thanks for any help.

Hello
Hammered silver hollowware, but especially also flatware of more sculptural or geometric simple shape, became usual in the globes cultural »Western Hemisphere« on large scale especially between the two World Wars.
Kind regards silverport
