I have the spoon and fork with the following marks:
1. Digital «84» with letter «G» with the lower underlining in the rectangular frame-shape.
2. The flower between the letters «S» and «A» in the diamond-shaped frame.
Could you please tell me what are these marks and are these articles silver?
