Need help with ITALIAN (?) marks.

This souvenir spoon is a Tasso figural from Sorrento. On the right side of the 800 mark appears to be a crown, possibly set within a semicircle on the left - perhaps a "C". The mark to the left of the 800 is less clear and appears to be some horizontal lines with some vertical connections. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
