Need ID for silv/torq necklace C L?

Trying to ID this 19" necklace. I know pendant and feather clasp are add ons with different marks.
It looks like a C and a backwards L

It's still the Shube mark as discussed in your earlier post. The stone is Turquoise, not Torquoise.
