Unusual Silver Candle in glass pendant

I found a really neat little pendant on chain at an auction and am having a tough time with the makers mark. Appears to be a JJ inside of a bell. Will try to attach photos for you to see. The flame of the tiny candle looks faceted enough to be a real gem. I have never seen one of these and don't really even know what to call it? Would appreciate any help. It is very well made, does not come apart and is on an old chain. From a local estate sale.
